I didn't believe that one bit. I asked Kyle if anything is going to be done about this, or if he knew when it would be resolved. Kyle was absolutely clueless. I asked him what if, in a month the moon pack does still not work for me, I guess i bought it for nothing We said I don't think it should take that long, maybe a couple of days. SO i said thank you bla bla bla bye. Hi, you're not the only person with this problem. Have you tried deleting your cache, then the DLC and then re-installing it?

Hi, I can understand that your frustrated, but this isn't "false advertisement", it seems to be more of a content error. When I downloaded Rezurrection when it was first released it's been on my hard drive from that time and it's working perfectly fine.
That's from my own storage device, it's listed as 1. Now the dilemma, I've deleted and then re-downloaded it and I end up with what your seeing which is basically a content issue , NOT false advertisement and something that CAN be fixed. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like now after having re-downloaded the Rezurrection map pack from my Download History. It is now only MB. Just have a bit of patience and I'm sure they will be able to correct this issue or at least give a reasoning as to why it was done.
Will we get credited anything.. I;m sorry but if u advertise something, you better live up to it. If this were to happen at a store in person there could be legal repercussions.
On your hard drive? But it says "Rezurrection: Pack 4 [EN]" on your download history? Can you check the file size of the thing on your hard drive? I've got a friend who's running into this and I'm trying to help him. Yes, that's what's happening. Like I said in a previous post it seems like a content upload error that just needs to get fixed.
I have the Hardened edition, it has absolutely nothing to do with version you have. This specific issue relates to the content being downloaded incorrectly. Nothing more, nothing less. I recently downloaded all four packs. Mainly for moon, and just because a bit of OCD-ness came into play. After playing all the maps in order, I came to the anticipated zombie map 'moon'.
I click, and it takes me to the DLC purchase screen. After doing several things, including clearing the cache. It still does the same thing. Rather annoying and a huge let down. In addition to the four older zombie maps, a brand new zombie map has been released.
It is called "Moon. If you have trouble reading the maps, refer to this Zombie Map Key. If you still have the code from the Hardened or Prestige Edition but have not redeemed the Classic Zombies Pack, you can use your code whenever you like, Rezurrection will still be free for you when it is available on August 23rd.

Ask a new question. I recently downloaded the Rezurrection Map Pack through the Xbox website and the file downloads, but when it finishes, it flashes a message that says 'unable to finish downloading', and on the hard drive of my console it shows as incomplete. I know the Germans are funny about some fo the DLC here, but I was wondering if there was a way to complete the download so I can play? Sounds like you bought the wrong version of the dlc, if you bought the [us] dlc it should work, but if you bought the one from Germany it won't work with your console, you should probably try and set your console region to Germany or buy a German console.

If you use a German disc and German account while you're in Germany, it would work. If you're stationed on base you might be able to talk to the IT guys about letting you use a US ip address to make the download. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
